We want to take a moment to explain why we’ve had to make some changes to our cancellation, late drop-off, and no-show policies.

Our groomers work on commission, which means their income is directly tied to the appointments they have scheduled each day. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or a client doesn’t show up, that time usually cannot be filled with another appointment on such short notice.

That means our groomers can lose hours of work and a portion of their daily income through no fault of their own.

We truly hate having to implement fees. We understand that life happens. Emergencies, unexpected situations, and things outside of our control can happen to anyone. But unfortunately, the number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows we've been experiencing has reached a point where it is impacting our business and our groomers' livelihoods in a way we can no longer ignore.

These policies were not created to punish anyone. They are simply a way for us to protect the time our groomers have reserved specifically for your pets and ensure that their time and income are respected. 

We are incredibly grateful for every client who shows up on time, gives us as much notice as possible when plans change, and continues to support our small business.
